Shiva Shankar has led revenue growth, scalable delivery models, and operational standardization across North America, Central America, and the Asia-Pacific region, with a strong focus on capital-efficient growth, client retention, and long-term enterprise value creation.
He also serves as Chairman of the EGS Group of Companies, providing strategic oversight across the organization’s global portfolio.

She oversees budget planning, operational execution, talent strategy, and go-to-market enablement, ensuring strong alignment between strategy and execution. With deep expertise in business planning, operational standardization, and organizational development, Jhansi contributes directly to operational excellence, scalable growth, and sustainable enterprise value.
